Studio Policies & Etiquette

These policies apply to all members and guests of Lolu and are incorporated by reference into all membership and purchase agreements.

Attendance

  • Cancel at least 90 minutes before start timeto avoid fees.
  • Late Cancel Fee: $15 (credit preserved).
  • No-Show Fee: $20 (credit preserved).

Belongings

  • Lolu is not responsible for lost, stolen, ordamaged belongings.
  • Items left for more than seven (7) days willbe considered abandoned and donated.

Community Conduct

  • Treat all staff and guests with respect.
  • Quiet voices in saunas, lounges, and shared areas.
  • No disruptive, unsafe, or harassing behavior.

Facility Use

  • Be barefoot in designated areas.
  • No calls or phone use besides cameras in wetor quiet areas. Photos/videos permitted with staff approval.
  • No outside products in showers; onlyLolu-approved products permitted.
  • Free Flow: You may arrive anytime duringyour 75-minute session.
  • Guided Classes: Guests arriving more than 5minutes late may not be admitted.
  • Respect the hours and time limits of the reservation.

Health & Safety

  • Consult a healthcare provider if you havehealth concerns.
  • Follow staff guidance for safe sauna andcold plunge use.
  • Lolu’s liability waiver must be signedbefore use of the studio.

Reservations

Advanced booking is strongly recommended to guarantee a spot, but not required. Walk-ins will be accommodated if space is available.

Session Limits

  • Guests may use up to two (2) sessions perday under standard agreements.
  • All guests must complete and sign Lolu’s liability waiver before using thefacilities. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests comply with thisrequirement.
  • Additional daily sessions may be arrangedunder a separate membership agreement at an increased price, subject to Lolu’s review and approval.

Temporary Closures

From time to time Lolu may close thestudio, in whole or in part, for private events, scheduled or unscheduledmaintenance, repairs, holidays, or for any other reason deemed necessary byLolu. Such closures may be announced in advance or occur unexpectedly. Loluwill make reasonable efforts to communicate closures promptly, but no refunds,prorations, or extensions of memberships, passes, or promotional offers shallbe provided due to such closures.
